Hope for Home Ministries was founded in August 2008 by Daryl & Wanda Fulp. Having adopted three children with special needs internationally, their eyes were opened to the plight of children with special needs in developing countries and they longed to do something to make a significant impact.
Hope for Home began as an advocacy ministry that connected these children with churches and families, and led short term trips to Guatemala. In 2009, Daryl & Wanda felt God’s call to do more, and in 2011 they moved themselves and their nine children to Guatemala. There they opened a family-based group home for children with special needs, and started a rural village ministry with their team, to assist families who have children with special needs.
The ministry has grown to now include a separate ministry base with like-minded directors in Liberia, an adult group home, formula and nutrition programs, a village ministry, a child sponsorship program, and three other group homes like their own.
None of this would be possible without the Lord, and the prayer & financial support of thousands of people like you. Hope for Home Ministries seeks to make God famous, and is grateful for how the Lord continues to bless and grow this ministry for His glory!
