Carmen is an elderly, single mother with two girls with severe special needs in their 30’s. They are a very poor family, and Carmen has no way to provide for the needs of her family. Both of them need medicine, and without it, they can be very aggressive, sometimes hurting their mother. The town where they live is very familiar with their situation, and the previous mayor had a small house built for them, so they could live without paying rent. Also, neighbors help them with food, errands and other needs they have. They had a sponsor who was providing medicine for the girls, but they recently withdrew their support. We would like to continue to provide for their needs, but we need your help to be able to do so.
