Milton lives in the town of San Pablo with his parents. I’m not sure exactly what his medical issues are, but he has severe seizures without a large amount of medicine. A while back, his parents lost their home, and they had to live in an alley for a while, but fortunately, they have a roof over their heads again. They work hard, but they have very limited income.
