We have been married for 15 years and have enjoyed serving the Lord through various ministries. We began our marriage in New York City where we were part of an urban ministry called JUMP that brought short term mission teams into the city to teach them about urban ministry. We also had a community center there where we reached out to the neighborhood children and youth. Sharing Jesus in tangible ways with our neighbors and friends there taught us so much! For the past 13 years we have lived in rural Ohio serving in local churches through various ministries. We have two daughters and have enjoyed teaching them to serve others through loving them like Jesus. We have felt that at some point God would call us back to full time ministry in Latin America. In November we saw a post that Daryl Fulp made about the need for Directors for the New Hope Adult Home. We prayed about this opportunity and talked with the Fulps about going to Guatemala to see the ministry firsthand.
